EOT at around 200 deg +/- 20 to 30 deg.. at all times during a 10 deg. ambient soak. disconnect EOT sets code jump harness end sets code. pid drops 20-30 deg and remaines around 200 deg. excellent crank rpm. grounds cleaned and tight. pcm grounds support high amp draw (with brake light bulb test) high presure pump housing full and no air noticed. fresh oil & filter, glow plug system appeares to work it will start hot or cold in same mannor. glow plug on time light ok. sets code no icp presure during cranking after running.
have you checked the injector Pressure Regulator?
